Employees use step-by-step prompts to record what happened, when, and who was there, and every entry is delivered securely to their own inbox and organized into a running record for each job. Most people know they should document problems at work. Almost no one keeps it up. Counterfile turns documentation into a habit a person can actually sustain, so that if a dispute ever comes, the receipts already exist. HR keeps a file on you. Counterfile is how you keep one on yourself.
